HOUSE RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT:

  • Everyone is welcome at The Parlor Room and can expect to be treated in a way that adheres to the values and mission of The Parlor Room. 

  • Treat all other guests, entertainers, venue staff, and property with respect. Do not act in a disruptive, disrespectful, or unruly manner that interferes with others’ enjoyment of the event. Words or actions that are disrespectful, discriminatory, hostile, or offensive will not be allowed. This includes but is not limited to offensive remarks, verbal or physical threats, physical assault (including spitting or throwing objects), vulgar or sexual remarks or behavior, disrupting another patron’s experience, or any action that is rooted in discriminatory acts based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, class, size, or appearance. 

  • If you drink alcoholic beverages, do so in a responsible manner. The Parlor Room is a BYOB venue, if staff feels you are intoxicated upon arrival, they reserve the right to ask you to remove the substances or yourself from the premises. 

  • No outside food is permitted at events. 

  • No prohibited or illegal items. No smoking or vaping of any kind permitted inside of the venue.

  • Do not enter the performance areas, private office spaces & green room, or interfere with the event in any way.

  • Comply with the directions of event staff regarding operations and emergency response procedures.

  • Use of electronics to film or take photos of events may not be permitted at events depending on the artist’s preference, please comply if asked to refrain from taking photos or videos.

Conduct deemed by The Parlor Room to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events or which may adversely affect the safety of others or their property will be immediately addressed by our staff. Event patrons and guests who violate the code of conduct will be subject to ejection without refund.
